Hello everyone!
My name is Martina and I am Italian. I live in Italy, I love travelling and learning about new cultures. I like listening to music and dancing and I love cooking with music background. I enjoy so much spending time with my family and friends.
Cooking has always been my passion, that comes from my dear mother. I was born in a typical and large family from southern Italy (Puglia, the “heel” of Italy). In my home we used to meet every sunday to enjoy a tasty typical meal from my parents’region that my mother prepared with love. For us those were very special occasions since, from very early in the morning, my sisters and I dedicated ourselves cooking together with mom. What pleasant moments!
Since then my dedication to cooking has begun. Throughout the time I have been able to experience different recipes and thanks also to the secrets of mom and many experienced cooks, I have acquired a lot of information that I want to share with you.
Italian cuisine is very famous around the world. I have also had the opportunity to live abroad (Central America) for a period of time and I know well the challenges in getting certain ingredients there. But also with available ingredients you can prepare tasty italian dishes.
So in easy way, I will show you how to prepare the most typical dishes of Italy in your own homes and leave your families and guests very surprised!😊
